Key Responsibilities

The successful intern will support the Finance team with daily operational finance tasks, including:

  • Daily cashbook processing for multiple bank accounts
  • Preparing and completing daily bank reconciliations
  • Investigating and resolving banking discrepancies
  • Capturing receipts, payments, and petty cash transactions
  • Reconciling point-of-sale transactions to bank deposits
  • Assisting with monthly cashflow updates and reports
  • Supporting audit queries and preparing finance documentation
  • Maintaining accurate filing and digital records
  • Assisting with general finance and administrative duties

This role provides strong exposure to cashbook accounting and retail finance operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently studying towards or recently completed an N6 Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Finance or Accounting
