🎓 Student Desk Expert Guide: 48-Hour Application Strategy
Because this is an in-person application with a very tight deadline, follow these steps to avoid a wasted trip to Madadeni:
- The “Hand-Delivery” Rule: Majuba is not accepting email or online applications for this specific skills programme. You must go to the Majuba Technology Centre Campus in Madadeni. Do not wait for the 4th; the portal closes at exactly 13:30.
- Targeting the Right District: This programme is strictly for youth within the Amajuba District Municipality. If your Proof of Residence shows a different district, you will likely be disqualified.
- The “No-Stipend” Reality: Most learnerships pay you to learn. This is a Skills Programme, not a full year-long learnership. It is a 2-week investment in your CV that gives you an accredited NQF 2 certificate—perfect if you plan on applying for higher-level AgriSETA learnerships later this year.
