Momentum Short-Term Insurance Learnership 2026: Nationwide Intakes Now Open

Momentum Metropolitan has launched a massive recruitment drive for its Short-Term Insurance Learnership Programme 2026. Unlike previous intakes that were limited to Gauteng, this 2026 cycle includes opportunities across multiple provinces, including Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal.
This 12-month programme offers unemployed youth a fixed monthly stipend and a nationally recognized FETC: Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level 4) qualification.

Who Can Apply? (2026 Requirements)
To qualify for the 2026 intake, you must meet the following “knock-out” criteria:
- Age: 18 to 25 years old (must turn 25 no earlier than 2025).
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with at least 50% for English.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and a passion for the financial services sector.
- Status: Must be currently unemployed and not registered for any other studies.
- Clearance: A clean criminal and credit record is mandatory.

Momentum uses a centralized portal for all provinces. Follow these steps to ensure your application reaches the right manager:
- Select Your City: Visit the Official Momentum Careers Portal.
- Use the Reference Filter: If you are applying for the Gauteng learnership, use reference MMH260224-3 (Centurion) or MMH260224-4 (Sandton).
- Upload the “Big Three”: Your application will be rejected if it does not include a Certified ID, Matric Certificate, and an Updated CV.
