This 12-month programme is specifically designed to provide unemployed South African youth with high-quality workplace experience, technical skills, and a monthly stipend to kickstart their professional careers.

- YES History: Have never participated in a YES4Youth programme before.
- Age: 18 to 29 years old.
- Nationality: South African Citizen.
- Criminal Record: Must have a clear criminal record.
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric). (A relevant Diploma or Degree is an advantage for specific roles like HR or Finance).
